Return Policy Non-Returnable Items Return Instructions FAQ

Return Policy:

  • We accept returns on qualifying items for a refund of the merchandise value.
  • Your return must be post-marked (in the mail) within 15 days of your order date.
  • Returns must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, scent-free, with all tags attached.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

    The following items cannot be returned for refund or store credit:

    • Accessories
    • Jewelry
    • Intimates & Bodysuits
    • Sale items

    Return Instructions:

    1. Ensure that your return meets the guidelines of our Return Policy above. We're sorry, but no exceptions can be made to issue refunds that do not abide by our policy.
      If you've received the wrong item, please email your Order Number to info@herownwingsboutique.com.

    2. Place your return in secure packaging to protect your return in transit.
      For example, you may choose to recycle packaging that you already have, or you may purchase packaging with a carrier.

    3. Place the packing slip that came with your order inside the packaging.
      Lost the packing slip? Print and include a copy of your Order Confirmation that was emailed to you.
      Can't find your Order Confirmation or Order Number? Email info@herownwingsboutique.com.

    4. Using the carrier of your choosing, send your return to:

      If you prefer, you may email info@herownwingsboutique.com to request a discounted return shipping label be emailed to you for you to print. Should you use our discounted label, $7 will be deducted from your refund.

    5. Ask the carrier for a drop-off receipt with tracking number so that you can monitor the status of return.
      Once your return has been delivered, we will refund your original payment method within 3 business days (Monday-Friday). We will send you an email when your refund has been issued.

    • What is the easiest / cheapest way to ship my return?
      The easiest way to ship your return is to pay for a shipping label at the counter with your local Post Office, FedEx, or UPS Store. Otherwise, it is possible to purchase and print a shipping label beforehand using the Post Office's, FedEx's, or UPS' websites.

      Different carriers charge different rates depending on package size, weight, distance from the destination, and time of year. We recommend to use the websites above to compare rates among carriers!

    • Do you offer return labels?
      We offer discounted return shipping labels that take advantage of the lower rates we receive as a high-volume shipper. Should you decide to use our return shipping label, $7.00 will deducted from your refund. To request a discounted return label, please email info@herownwingsboutique.com.

    • What address do I send my return to?

    • What is the status of my refund?
      Track your return using the tracking number provided by the carrier on the carrier's website. Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) of the tracking number showing successful delivery. If it has been longer than 3 business days after your return was delivered, please email your Order Number and tracking number to info@herownwingsboutique.com.

    • Can you refund a different payment method?
      We're sorry, but by law we must issue refunds back to the original payment method used to make the purchase. If the credit card you used is no longer valid or has expired, please contact your bank to determine how they will transfer your refund to the new card. The good news is that most banks do this automatically!

    • Can you exchange my purchase for a different size or style?
      We cannot do a direct exchange for a different product. Instead, please follow our return instructions to return your item for a refund. In the meantime, you may place a new order on our website for the product you desire. We will send you an email when your refund has been issued.
